Pitch Memo and Media Contacts

To get the best coverage for FIFA’s 120th anniversary celebration, a media contact list was created. The list includes sports networks and local media outlets in Zürich– where the in-person event will take place. The pitch memo is to be sent to a specific person from the chosen media list. The media contact’s target audience and FIFA’s target audience are connected, so the invitation highlights this.

Newsjacking

It is no secret that FIFA is a global organization; therefore, they need to be aware of what is happening around the world. The Israel-Palestine conflict has been escalating very quickly over the past few weeks and FIFA is taking a stance. The video demonstrates how soccer is a uniting force even in times of controversy.

eNewsletter

The eNewsletter is promoting FIFA’s gender equality initiative. FIFA’s partnership with the Future of Soccer is Female Foundation will be donating 30% of the profits to the Association for Women’s Rights in Development (AWID).
